UMEspace Post-Natal Pilates
This is a slow and gentle, but effective body-awareness Pilates class, which will improve your flexibility, your movement, and will help to tone your core and postural muscles after recovery from pregnancy.
Marcela has been teaching dance since 1997, gaining her pilates certification studying with Michael Miller in 2003.
She is also Senior Yoga teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance Professionals UK.
Marcela applies her evolution in movement to all her sessions.
Her embodied practices blend her learning, with a curious and explorative nature that is contagious and inclusive.
This is currently a drop-in session but will be bookings only from April 5th.
