Helen brings a deep sense of clarity and kindness to her sessions, along with gentle humour and joyousness that permeates where it is most needed; practices that are especially helpful in times of recovery.

Classes are open to all, but those recovering from long term sickness, perhaps living with life changing limiting conditions, or reintegrating following impactful, physiological change such as childbirth, surgery or even loss, might be drawn to enquire.
