An accessible weekly yoga class for all levels of experience, taught by 200hr and 500hr+ accredited Vajrasati Yoga teachers.
Vajrasati yoga combines asana (body work) with pranayama (breath work) to facilitate ease and flow in the body so that we can become more present, self-compassionate and aware.
Each of our talented teachers brings their own unique experience and love of yoga to the class, ensuring students feel nurtured, nourished and empowered in their practise.
