Sunday Morning Yoga
"I am really enjoying the workshops. I find three hours allows us more time to really 'feel' the postures. I also like the chair work which I have to admit i didn't enjoy initially. When i came back to your classes i was having a lot of pain in my right hip. I was thinking of a GP appointment and imagined i might need a hip replacement. I am very pleased to say that the pain has gone so thank you very much. Hope you keep doing the Sunday workshops as I love them."
