Meet Rosie

I've been practising yoga since I was a child. I learned that we're designed to move, and out original movements were eastful and felt good. Now, (many) years later, that's how I approach teaching yoga and training yoga teachers.

I've completed numerous courses, including a Masters in the traditions of yoga and meditation. Having studied yoga inside out, upside down I can honestly tell you yoga is for everybody.

Possibly more important than my qualifications, is my ability to create a space for you to remember who you were before conditioning and culture made you hold your body in unnatural, small and ultimately painful ways.

Our practise together is a journey home.

Embodied practices, connecting body, mind, brain & self
