Allowing you to connect to self through breath and body awareness, while offering a space to share in a safe, non-judgemental space. A place to develop a sense of preparedness and build resilience as you enter any part of the menopause journey, be that peri-menopause or menopause.
Sam will regularly welcome a guest speaker to engage with our conversation and offer insights into myriad ways we as women can meet menopause. Including nutrition, creativity, acupuncture, sewing, talk therapy, exercise, yoga…and more.
