"I am passionate about helping people ‘live a life designed by them’. I believe that with support, empathy and understanding we are all capable of making positive change and accessing the potential we all have within us. We can break free from societal norms, structures and expectations that tend to keep us safe, but do not allow us to challenge and change perspectives, as well as grow as human beings.

I run a free community for men in Brighton, called IceBreakers. We have a weekly dip in the sea, to take advantage of the well-documented physical and mental health benefits of cold water. We create a safe space for men to pause, reflect and connect. Beyond the cold dip, we facilitate regular sharing circles, sauna sessions and alcohol-free social events.

Professionally I offer business coaching and consulting for founders and business owners who find themselves feeling isolated and lonely. I am in their corner, working with them to structure, plan and organise a business they are working ‘on’ much more regularly than they are stuck ‘in’. The driving motivation, is to enable them to be present and connected at home with those they love the most, to take guilt free time for themselves, whilst maintaining the financial stability they need from their business and gaining confidence in their future."
